While serving 10 years as a Navy helicopter pilot focused on special operations support, Christian realized his natural ability to run a team. After leaving active duty he joined the high paced merger and acquisition world as a transactional attorney helping clients close, in some cases, the biggest deal of their life. The call to servant leadership by raising up every member of his team inspires and dedicates Christian in everything he does.
Jonathan Litwiller
CO-FOUNDER
Jonathan served as a Special Agent for 8 years with the United States Secret Service after earning his law degree. In that no-fail environment, he honed his leadership skills ensuring mission success with driven and diverse teams. Subsequently, Jonathan joined a national non-profit as an executive leading all operations and security, overseeing a multi-million dollar budget. With the ability to communicate the big picture to any team Jonathan drives results.
